Nova X Creative (“Nova X”, “we”, “us”) runs novaxcreative.com and provides marketing, advertising and digital services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number and message. When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, name and the messages you send.
• Information collected automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google tags, to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived). We may also use advertising tags such as Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure the results of our own advertising.
• Advertising account data. When a client authorizes us, our internal tools connect to advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through their official APIs to read campaign performance and create or manage campaigns on the client’s behalf.

2. How we use information

• To reply to your enquiries and provide our services.
• To manage, report on and improve advertising campaigns for clients who have authorized us.
• To understand and improve our website and our own marketing.
• To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data from Google and Meta APIs

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information received from Google or Meta APIs is used only to provide advertising management and reporting to the account owner who authorized access. It is not used for unrelated purposes, not sold, and not used to train general-purpose AI models.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, email and messaging providers, and Google and Meta when you interact with their services), when a client instructs us to, or when the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Access tokens for advertising platforms are stored securely and can be revoked by the account owner at any time.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@novaxcreative.com. To remove our access to your Google or Meta data, you can also revoke it from your Google Account (Security > Third-party access) or from Facebook (Settings > Apps and Websites). We respond to requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
